Some recent projects completed by our certified underwater welders include:- trash rack removal and reinstallation at a hydro-electric power plant
- welding of marina dock connection points during a marina rehabilitation
- fabrication and installation of new stainless steel intake screens and supports in municipal water supply reservoirs
Our primary cutting is done using an underwater ultrathermic cutting system and oxy-acetylene for topside cutting. The ultrathermic cutting produces a temperature in excess of 10,000° F; hot enough to quickly cut or melt through almost anything including cast iron, stainless steel, brass, other ferrous and non-ferrous metals and concrete.
We also have our own in house fabrication shop. Most fabrication is done using stainless or mild steel. more info.
